This is complete romset for the latest FBA. Links contains also SFV file. I tried to add screenshots to emulator (by copying it to SCREENSHOTS directory)), but can't display them in emulator. Maybe I've done something wrong. So, if anyone knows what types of extensions FBA needs to show screenshots, let me know.

I used WinKawaks for CPS-1/2 & NeoGeo, but for CPS-3 used "CPS3 Emulator: 1.0a" which was not enough good for me. That is why I changed my preferences to FBA and I'm really happy with this All In One emulator (excl. MAME).

I'm glad You use it. Uploaded without screenshots, reason - above. If You find solution for screenshots, let me know :)

I thought SUPPORT folder is for "less important" images, means invisible in main window with game list, like folders CABINETS, FLYERS, MARQUEES. Especially because SCREENSHOTS folder is in the root of emulator directory. But I'll be testing it...

I did not and I leave it, no need to be nervous ;). Instead of this I modified MAME folder by creating:

_CPS-1.ini (except Japanese quizes, etc.)
_CPS-2.ini (except Japanese quizes, etc.)
_CPS-3.ini
_Neo-Geo.ini (except Japanese quizes, etc.)
_Zinc.ini
[ classics by dax ].ini (definitelly classics for such oldies like me :P)

I feel more comfortable with MAME (screenshots and functionality)

For those that may want to try this, grab .INI files:

Code: Select all

http://www.multiupload.com/IH88C89B6A
and move to FOLDERS directory in MAME directory.

to see game screens in the main window.
just copy the in-game screen to the "Previews" folder.

example

the funniest thing is that some MAME versions use PREVIEWS folder for different types of images (if I remember correct SNAPSHOT + ARTWORK in 1 image)

that is why... You know the rest ;)

Everything was good when uploaded - archive was checked after packing, also added SFV file (verify SFV with TotalCMD). I can't help, I removed source files (moved back to Mame with my INI files (as above))

This works for me.
Delete your Temp / Part downloaded files first.
(the files should all be the same size 204,800 KB)

Because the GameBase uses Winkawaks to launch the games.

you will need to search for and download the WinKawaks 1.62 Neo-Geo ROM set.

not sure if the links still work... (see PM)

http://www.underground-gamer.com/detail ... 7734&hit=1
Using a Romcenter Dat on this Neo-Geo set will rename and create 98% of them.
http://www.datafilehost.com/download-6fc77aa0.html

the latest MAME set will have the rest of the roms.
