Thanks for including the full extras, as I did not know there was a prior version, so did not have them. Also for the tip about having to update WinRAR.

Now to hunt down a few games to try it out.

Tremendous Gamebase. One of the more complete and detailed GameBases I've seen. Thank you .mad..

I'm having some trouble downloading the DB and extras from google docs. Could someone please post this on a share site if possible?

Many thanks

I've added 85 games to Favourites (roms included). If .mad. has nothing against it, I can upload it.

And BTW I'm looking for solution to automate running no$gba in full screen mode. I use "Run_Emulator_Send_Keys([4]{ALT}{RIGHT}{DOWN}{ENTER}||100)" for Altirra.txt (GB 800XL). No$gba has "Fullscreen" option under right mouse button. How to automate this, .mad. ? ;)

If you want to re-upload the GameBase, feel free.
But DO NOT upload and package any ROMs with it.

if you want ROMs grab some Torrents...
http://www1.datafilehost.com/d/568e71c3

the big collection has a handful of seeds, and will take a few weeks /months to download.
But the "569.english.roms" - has well over 100 seeds.
BTW I'm looking for solution to automate running no$gba in full screen mode.

Full screen is only available with the paid version v2.7a

Code: Select all

Add_CLP(%gamepathfile%)
Run_Emulator_Send_Keys([2]{pause}{down}{enter}||50)
or booting with NO$Zoomer as the emulator file in v6
edit the NO$Zoomer.ini at the bottom line

NO$Zoomer.ini

Code: Select all

[NO$ZOOMER]
ExecFullscreen=1

Strange thing, because this combination Run_Emulator_Send_Keys([2]{pause}{down}{enter}||50) is working only when I press these buttons manually, not doing automatically. Using paid 2.7a version. I'll analyze that.

Alright, I'll upload it with no roms and without no$gba emulator (don't have free emulator).

There's also DeSmuME, an open source emulator with very high compatibility.

Sounds like a great Gamebase, however when I click on the links to download it tries to get me to run a *.EXE file which concerns me. Am I safe to do this or am I doing something wrong?

That usually means it is the wrong download link. The free sites try hard to hide the proper links. In this case, if it is not going to download a .rar file (example: Nintendo_DS_up_dax_Poland.part1.rar), don't download it.

Don't download any EXE files, those are download managers.

look for a icon/checkbox/text, to download without installing the manager.

or try the next mirror link.
