This site is the place to ask about that...
http://fs-uae.net/whdload-support/comme ... ent-939657

seems like you need the github updated code version of the emulator launcher with that NEW feature.

i have WHDLoad working with WinUAE, but never used fs-UAE.

Mad,
I would like to ask another question.
if genus key allows me to enter the protection status of the disc (write protected or not).
Thanks again.

According to the readme, the floppy does not get written to.

New data is always saved to overlay ADF files (.sdf). As an example, if you
have floppy.adf insert into df0 and the Amiga writes to df0, the data is
written to floppy.sdf instead of modifying floppy.adf itself. You need both
floppy.adf and floppy.sdf to represent the entire modified disk. The save
files are created on demand (when data is written to a drive).

The floppy file overlays are by default save in the directory
(My) Documents/FS-UAE/Floppy Overlays

---
if there is a command-line for it.
it can be scripted in GEMUS.
i have downloaded fs-uae and will look at it further.
