File naming syntax issue

I have games folder like this:
Mail Order Monsters (1985)(Electronic Arts)(a).d64
Mail Order Monsters (1985)(Electronic Arts)(a2).d64
Mail Order Monsters (1985)(Electronic Arts)(a3).d64
Mail Order Monsters (1985)(Electronic Arts).d64

I see the GBC_v05.mdb looks like this:
MAILMONS_04558_01.zip

My entire collection is like this. I think I'm in for a lot of work here. Do I have to zip all of my games into the same name configuration in order for gamebase to work with the existing setup? Seems gamebase doesn't see my games as they are, I have to individually add them.
