Need help with ccs64 emulator

Hello, I am using CCS64 and I need to know how to run games that require 2 disks..for example The Three Stooges ,or Racing Destruction Set, they boot up OK but then asks me to flip over or insert disk and play side(disk) 2 or 3. I have all files but i'm not sure how to run the second files.
Help me Ob-64 Kenobi you're my only hope!

Alt 8 to get to disk menu, then move cursor over the disk side and hit F4 to select.
