I can't help other than to say a couple of things.
I hope your rips you use are good ones and you do realise that CDTV /32 still isn't perfect under Winuae.

You should ask "TheCyberDruid" from the EAB-Forum.
I think, he could help you out here.
But i don't know, if he has the time....
So, just ask him

I see this Gamebase has now actually been released over on Underground Gamer, It's a whopping 51gig which would totally kill my UG account - Can someone upload the release without the disk images as I already have most of the CD32 & CDTV iso images, or stick it on Megaupload or somewhere?
Edit - it's now available on UG as separate GB/ISO's/MUSIC etc.

I made some modifications to this compilation, it means:
- all games packed to RAR and re-linked in Gamebase (it saves 30GB)
- converted FLAC's to MP3 256 CBR and modified M3U files to play these MP3's (it saves 13GB)
- added 70 the best games to Favourites (in Gamebase)
- changed default controls (in script) to cursors + RIGHT CTRL (like default LAYOUT B in Gamebase Amiga v1.6)
- optimized settings in WinUAE for quality (graphic filters, others...)
If You want this, You'll save 40GB of space on disk, but You will need fast PC and/or different physical disk for GBTEMP variable, to feel comfortable.
I can upload it to http://www.multiupload.com , but tell me why You need "seperate archives per game" ? Isn't better to use split archives for complete package + CRC (SFV) file ? This is faster and still effective . So... ?
