Pros:
- games load in between 0-2 sec., depends on disk type (previously - up to 1 minute)

Cons:
- compilation occupies 39 GB (previously - 34 GB)

Download (39 GB):

Code: Select all

Changes:
- several database changes
- PPSSPP emulator updated to v1.1
- fixed X1/X360 controls (now 100% compatible with PSP buttons mappings)

Link: In previous post.
File: PSP_update.exe
Just copy the file to Gamebase\PSP folder on Your disk and execute it. It automatically do its job.

Use Gamebase_core.exe to change display or control mode.

Hi Dax

I am fairly interested in a sharp X1 gamebase set up for full screen and a low resolution (to be installed in a cab machine with crt monitor)

Also looking for a TI99/4 gamebase pack 😊

Thanks

neil324: download it if You like it and add to Gamebase :)
repetto74: I don't have Sharp X1, cant help You with that. Sorry! Texas Instruments will be uploaded in weekend then.

From now you can play Wii games wit X1/X360 pad without manually change profiles. The upgraded script was wrote by GREAT .mad. Without him you would need to manually load control profiles for each game. It worked like this because I did not know how to automate it. Now it's the past!

Code: Select all

https://mega.nz/#!yMZSmRjK!Ak5ayX-jvXc7ped_TcttAyv2EtaIA9jfW2ClaLbLvnw
Copy downloaded file to Wii folder and execute it.

Current version does not provide options to choose between modes:
- Window / Full screen
- Retro / Pleasure
- Control with keyboard or original Wiimote/Nunchuk

I'll do it in between 2 weeks and will be available as usual (Gamebase_core.exe)

:D Tnx x 100 .MAD. :D

Hi Dax

Many thanks for your future TI99/4A upload 😊
I have an X1 gamebase pack but unfortunately I cannot set it to run fullscreen in low res. This pack uses mess 1.48 as the main emulator. 😒

Machines supported by Mess can be configured with window/full screen mode like this:

1. via mess\ini\mess.ini (like Adventure Vision GB)
part of it :
# WINDOWS VIDEO OPTIONS
...
window 0
...
explanation:
window 0 - full screen
window 1 - window

2. via specific file that defines emulated system (like Amstrad CPC GB) - amstrad.ini
part of it:
as in point 1.

3. via several specific files that defines emulated system (like Apple 2GS GB) - apple2gs.ini, apple2gsr1.ini
part of it:
as in point 1.

For resolution configuration, I never used it. For window mode it looks like this:
#
# PER-WINDOW VIDEO OPTIONS
#
resolution auto
You may test it with some default resolutions (like 640x480 or others)
#
# FULL SCREEN OPTIONS
...
switchres 0
...
Same here - never used and don't know how it switches resolution.

Wii update
With hard work of .mad., change controls between keyboard, X1/X360 pads and Wiimote/Nunchuk controllers works without manual configuration! He spent several days on it, created 9 versions of Gamebase script. FOR SURE it was pain in the ass (and maybe a little bit of pleasure) for him, which I appreciate A LOT!!! You will be grateful also if You used previous version with manual controls switching. But this is not THE END yet! To enable all of these features, switching between it with easy and support for Window/Fullscreen/Retro/Pleasure/2 players Mode, You have to:

1. Download 'WiiUpdate.exe', copy to 'Wii' folder and execute it.
2. Download 'Gamebase_core.exe', copy to root of Gamebase folder and execute it.
3. Follow 'Gamebase automation' script, which starts automatically.
Download:

Code: Select all

gamebase2.skroc.pl
Updated manual: select Help/User manual in Wii Gamebase.
You MUST read it if You plan to add new games without loosing features.
