Hi.
To start with something light, I would like to make this gamebase.
I have the .bin roms for this huge project (seven games ).
I have mess emulator (mess195_32bit).
I have linked all paths.
But I'm affraid I'm a little messed with mess (forgive the redundancy).
When I start a game from Gamebase frontend all I get is a ms-dos window that prompt and fade away.
I'm using the default gemus script. As far as I know, this system needs no bios as it is within .bin roms.
I would appreciate some help.
Thanks in advance.

My gamebase is D:\Gamebase, so edit frontend and emulator paths if needed.

4shared does require an account (free for 180 days) to use it, even for downloads. I know others have used it for sharing here in the past.
I have a lot of respect for Gamebase creators, maintainers & supporters.

Re: Gamebase Bandai Super Vision 8000
From 4Shared help center: What is the expiration date for my account? The expiration date will be postponed for 180 days every time you log into your account. If you don't log in for 180 days, all your files will be deleted. If you use your account regularly, you'll be able to save your files as long as you wish. This term is extended for popular files that are more actively downloaded.

Got it thanks, nice little starter to cut your teeth on and we always need more Gamebase developers, still plenty of systems that need a Gamebase so what's your next project Manguan?

Nice gamebase but unfortunately it is totally unplayable as i can't seem to get any keys on my keyboard working with it.
Do I need an external paddle or something like that?

Press TAB to bring up the MESS options menu.
you can then re-configure the INPUT controls.

most games are mapped to cursor keys and NUMPAD . DELstanstimer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 28, 2018 12:31 pmNice gamebase but unfortunately it is totally unplayable as i can't seem to get any keys on my keyboard working with it.

Thanks. I'm now working on VTech Creativision. Not much bigger than Bandai's. And also on the weird Philips CD-i best/most representative/working games. About 50. We'll see...

Keys for each game are shown on Notes tab. As .mad. says, you can configure your gamepad(s) in mess. I got the supervision cfg file set to read only to preserve my gamepad settings. So untick this option to edit.stanstimer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 28, 2018 12:31 pmNice gamebase but unfortunately it is totally unplayable as i can't seem to get any keys on my keyboard working with it.

A little clean up for this gamebase:
-Deleted ingame videos. They add really nothing.
-New startup icon.
-Scanlines added to emulation.
