I tried to get downloads for the project, but most torrents either underseeded, or haven't seeds at all. Did I miss something?

it depends if you try to search oldest release. in torrent you can find also that release that are dead. i seed only Mega Update series, but as i have only 20 Mbit in upload i cannot seed all in the same time so now i'm in seed again with CD32 and mega update 10

How to manage the emulator for windows executables

Windows executable run with "win" that is simple bat. if you go in the "emulator" directory you see what it is it.
Maybe in the first updates i not remember if i used in Gemus (F2), but to run these exe you enter F2 for each windows games and write:

emu=win
