Answers it - yeah my old Gamebase (1.6) just loaded them up automatically
No problemo
Ok - this may be easy for you pal
CD32 remains a no hanging on boot screen
However when this is added to the bottom of the Gamebase (trial and error)
Add_CLP(-f "%dbpath%\Scripts\HDF.uae")
Run_Emulator()
It boots - but it auto starts 2 x WinUAE, one holds the boot screen, but when the above is added, the 2nd WinUAE boots CD32 and game starts???
2 x WinUAE also boot when try to load an HDF games (makes sense as that script is for HDF)
Unsure why that is making the CD32 work - even though the script that is added relates to a HDF?
I pressed F12 on both and configurations appears to be exactly the same

Re: gamebase amiga hdf script
found possible solution in script!
check last 4 lines in CD32 section.
now attaches CD via config rather than command-line (same way as CDTV).
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\CD32.uae||cdimage0||%gamepathfile%,delay)
Add_CLP(-f "%dbpath%\Scripts\CD32.uae" -s)
Run_Emulator()
End If
just thought!
supported CD32 filetypes are (ISO||BIN||CUE)
are you linking .BIN instead of .CUE.
Rule is, if it has a CUE file.
link that as the runnable game file.
you know it works, as it does when you run the emulator twice.
so it's something simple.

Re: gamebase amiga hdf script
Hey man
Still hanging - tried Trivial Pursuits CD32 for example
Only has an ISO and a CUE file - tried attaching both with mode=cd32 - but hangs on logo
Did manage to get a config where the game boots - thought could just save this as CD32 and put in Scripts folder and would work but just goes to the WinUAE config screen
To be fair fella - not a game changer the CD32 not running - HDF was the main one I wanted and absolutely more than chuffed with the help given.
Always appreciated
Maybe get to game now!

Re: gamebase amiga hdf script
Update
Got Trivial Pursuit working by ticking NTSC in chipset
Added this to the Amiga.txt script:
If key_NTSC CONTAINS(true||false)
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\CD32.uae||ntsc||%ntsc_value%)
Else
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\CD32.uae||ntsc||false)
End If
Then in the game GEMUS added:
ntsc=true
Boom - works!
Lie down!
Thanks again man!
