goodGB64 - clueless noob

Greetings. Guess I should start off by saying that I have never used a Good tool before. I have an obscure collection of commodore 64 games that I would like to get organized.
-1st to download was "GoodGB64_300.rar"
-2nd to download "gbv11_setup_full.exe". I dont know what it does entirely, but that which I've read, it suits my needs.
-3rd, "gb64v03s.rar" (screenshots).
-4th, "GameBase64 Collection v03 - Licensed.dat" (presumably the game titles list).
Now I opened clrmamepro and used the latter .dat file which scanned all my games and came up with nothing.
I have a feeling that the collection I have is not going to be recognized. What do I do?
