i wonder if there is a cooperation between these two sites (gb+c64games)
as they have a list of bugging games here:

Even this list is old they talk f.e. about gremlins the adventure (german)
cracked by syndicate and listed here at gb having bugs.
I found another version from dynamic duo here..

I don't know if it has the same bugs but if the gb version is damage
