Problem with CCS64 controll config over GB64 V2

Thu Jul 22, 2004 9:48 am

This is very strange problem I think. It was not in V1.

When I configure CCS3.0 with GB64 V2, CCS will not recognize my settet controller type. When starting a game, CCS will always take the Key Set1 and 2 configuration. But it is normaly set for Game Pad 1. When I run CCS stand alone, everything works fine.

The EXE for CCS in GEMUS setup is the same as in my original CCS folder.

What is going wron here? Please help me out of this mess.

You have to modify the emulator related GEMUS script (lines 33-52) to set your desired settings for JoyPort1 and JoyPort2.

Ok this might sound stupid but here goes anyway.
Is there anyway to bypass the emulator scripts somehow and just use the control config in the CCS.cfg file?
I'm asking because I've been struggling to get it to work right.. without any luck.
As Proton mentioned before it works perfect if CCS64 3.0 is runned directly.

Yeah... take out the lines in the script that set the joystick controls!
