WHERE CAN I GET C64 GAMES THAT I CAN COPY TO DISK
WITHOUT USING A CONNECTION BETWEEN MY PC AND MY C64
were can i download original game files that i simply can put on a disk and then use the disk in my c64 ??

You can't without using a connection - Try eBay for people selling disks.

You need a special cable, 1541 drive and the program The Star Commander

You can get the relevant cables from the X1541 shop. I would advise you strongly to buy an XA1541 active cable.
Part of the reason is that you can then use the CBM4WIN program within Windows (especially with the add-on GUI4CBM4WIN) and transfer disks to/from a C64 quickly and easily.

Transferring C64 Programs back to the C64

Well,
If you're lucky enough to own a Commodore Tape Drive, your in REAL luck! There are programs that will convert .PRG files to .WAV audio files that can be recorded on a standard home tape deck. (Not a cheap, crummy, portable. But, a good, cheap, home stereo tape deck from a flea market or pawn shop will do.) - Here's how I do it.
I use Copy64 to copy PRG files from T64's and D64's to a folder. I then use WAVPRG to convert the file to a TAP file. I then use FinalTAP to clean the file, and save it as a WAV file. I then use Media Player to play the file and "line out" it to the tape deck (In stereo, but only to the LEFT track). Make sure you're getting a good, STRONG signal to your tape. Your input levels should be almost max.. about 9. (If you have LED meters, they'll be PINNED!)
Take the resulting tape to your Commodore tape drive, and load it in the usual manner. (Make sure the tape is rewinded) Hit <SHFT/RUNSTOP> and press PLAY on the tape drive. You should be all set! - Keep experimenting! You'll get it!!
