@Sarednab2
do you resolved?

yes he did.
after making a gemus.dat file to verify the emulator setup.
scripts not in "scripts" folder error.
so gamebase folder tree was messed up.
i also think he had some install files on external HD.
maybe thinking gamebase was portable.
i had a look at your (Seiya) winuae setup (he sent me).
this would not work for a default (usual) gamebase install, without rescanning the kickstarts and saving a new winuae.ini.
you look for 3 folders back from the emulator [winuae.exe].
*which is same folder as gamebase.exe for me.
winuae.ini
KickstartPath=..\..\..\Scripts\
ROM_015=KS ROM v3.1 (A1200) rev 40.68 (512k) [391773-01/391774-01] / "..\..\..\Scripts\Kick31.rom"
this is what works (back 2 folders)...
KickstartPath=..\..\Scripts\
ROM_015=KS ROM v3.1 (A1200) rev 40.68 (512k) [391773-01/391774-01] / "..\..\Scripts\Kick31.rom"

if a game has more than 4 disk, it ask to insert next disks. But it easy becuase when you run a game that has, such as, 10 disk, all disk are loaded in GBGame/0/ and so you can mount from floppy section in WinUAE manually.
Some old games i used "old" config that use generally df0 and df1.
If a game is 5 disks, you can change manually the file from WinUAE floppy section:
game_xxx_disk4.zip you can replace "4" with "5" and the game load disk 5
As regard WHDLoad what errors you have?
If you have reinstalled all Gamebase you must delete 2 files:
From the drawer WHD/Devs/Kickstarts you must delete:
Kick40063.A600
Kick40063.A600.RTB
to avoid problems with some WHDLoad

@seiya
he just didn't know he needed to press F12 and select the disk.
WHDLoad is working after he fixed the rezip path in gamebase.ini.
i made a setup with 1 emulator for him.
with the lastest winuae5310.
it just needs the script changing for the same emulator, not a duplicate winuae folder.
[winuae]
EmulatorPathFile=C:\GameBase\Seiya\Emulators\WinUAE5310\winuae.exe
ScriptFile=amigawhd-mt32.txt
[overlay]
EmulatorPathFile=C:\GameBase\Seiya\Emulators\WinUAE5310\winuae.exe
ScriptFile=overlay.txt
[wipeout]
EmulatorPathFile=C:\GameBase\Seiya\Emulators\WinUAE5310\winuae.exe
ScriptFile=Wipeout.txt

in the next update i will remove those 3 games (dos and atari ST) because was wrong idea and because i risk the same errors made with ms-dos goldies.

I don't know where this gone wrong but for me the first script new.txt now only contains :-
Add_CLP(%gamepathfile%)
Run_Emulator()
and won't run anything
I'm sure I tested this a couple of updates ago and was fine.
Could someone please post the proper new.txt script?

Sorry my fault.
i used a test script and i leaved my personal test without upgrade scripts.
Now i don't remember what i changed, but the right script is "Amigawhd-mt32.txt" that you have already in "scripts" folder.
In the next update i wil check that scripts will be ok again

Thanks Seiya, also a couple of other points since the last update :-
I lost mouse control as it's been changed from "windows mouse" to "HID compliant mouse".
Gemus entry for Denise emulator (latest Version is 2.5) is missing.

This change i don't know
Gemus entry for Denise emulator (latest Version is 2.5) is missing.
i removed. it useless.
however you can add again. in the emul you should have Denise 2.5 and also the scripts Denise.txt.
however for who want to try it, i see to add it again.

yes it's broken.
some parts of uae files are messed up.
it was the first thing i changed in scripts after downloading.
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\GameBase Amiga.uae||joyport0||mouse)
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\GameBase Amiga.uae||joyport0autofire||none)
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\GameBase Amiga.uae||joyport0mode||mousenowheel)
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\GameBase Amiga.uae||joyportfriendlyname0||Windows mouse)
Set_CFG_Value(%dbpath%\Scripts\GameBase Amiga.uae||joyportname0||WINMOUSE1)
i just saved myself 150GB of HD space (no joke!)
when HD files are unpacked, the "size on disk" is way larger than the actual file sizes.
also with all the HD games, it was very close to 1 million loose files. :O
here's just one example...

How did you save the space?

Why do you have "simpsons" in harddrive folder? Mine is in harddrive\update103...

i just repacked the HD files.
*WinUAE can run HD as zipped files.
An even better option is to put all loose HD files on a HDF image.
so the average game is 1 small (3MB) HDF file.
but Seiya would need to adopt that idea, for HIS Gamebase.
After the repack i sorted the HD zipped files into 1 main folder "HardDrive" with sub folders for A1200, JST, CDROM, multimedia.
removing the hundreds of "update#" folder names.
*it just makes it easier to find the game file.
i only did this for my copy, as i needed to have it that way.
doing this yourself, would need you to alter the script and have the skills to edit the mdb file.
and keep editing it with every update.
