A little help: tonight I have found the games list sorted from Z to A instead from A to Z in the Gamebase windows. Anyone know how to resort again the list from A to Z please?

You should be able to click on the column heading right above the name list to sort it the other way.

Right! Thanks a lot! I was not able to modify the alphabetical order because I was in LIST MODE! Only in DETAILS MODE it is possible to invert the order ... 8)

Hi hardmanm, I need a little hint! When I select an audio file, AYEmul is invoked. But when AYPlayer starts, I cannot do anything other, the screen is locked. I can only access to the player.
There is the possibility to start AYEmul in multitasking mode and unlock the screen, as happen for example with other players like WinAMP?
In that way, I can hear music together use Gamebase, navigate and so on ;)

all you need to do is click the mouse in the gamebase window to carry on browsing games.

Anyway here is the latest version of AY Emul (Beta 11)
and a alternate player to chose from, MicroSpeccy.

Right Click on "Play_Music" Button to select the player.

Thanks hardmanm, I've been trying to d/l this from UG for hours now and it's stuck around 84% can I ask for anyone that already has it to seed and anyone that is seeding/downloading to apportion more upload kb/s, no fault of hardmanm's but this is another reason to have permanent independant GB d/l's.

My dl finished sometime during the night and i left uTorrent
running so that others could get the file. I am also going to
leave it on all day and evening.

I have it set at full upload for others.

Good luck and thanks for the work you do.

I very much doubt that this will be the last SpeccyMania update.

I visit World of Spectrum daily and i am amazed that new games,
utilities etc are being made.

Also due to the work of Gerard Sweeney and many others that
keep searching out more and more distribution rights, i can only
guess that their will be many, many more added to the overall
speccy list in the future.

Only this week Gerard Sweeney has obtained the permission from
about 20 programmers, obviously some software housed that hold
some of these copy writes do not allow distribution, such as the
infamous Codemastes and a few others. So i think that it will be
a rosy future for us spectrum fans.

i saw the film great one i really liked it
its a shame the pc took over
it would have been great if we still had
a lot of computers to choose from and
competition like there was between strumpet commodore and bbc micro and others(it was fun back then) and not just one
pc with one OS
