If I (left-)click the Play Game button while any game is selected or double-clicking whatever game on the list, that game will be run on the first emu that will support it.

I want to play my games with WinVICE, though. So how do I set WinVICE64 v1.16 as the default emulator for all games so that (left-)clicking the Play Game button or double-clicking whatever game on the list will boot it on WinVICE? ???

From the GEMUS->Manage Emulators menu item, use the up & down arrow buttons to move the selected emulator. Just move WInVICE to the top.

You can also right-click on the Play button to bring up the list of available emulators.
