Can't log in to the forum

Hi
Have registered in gamebase foums but cannot get it to let me log in.

Have you verified your login with the email that was sent to you?

Yes have verified with email. tried the lost pastword option but it tells me that screenname belongs to someone else, check with forum adminstrator, just can't figure out how to do that.
