Is it possible to set up GameBase so that it can be run straight off of a CD, without installing to HD?

Probably not, eh?

The database is interactive and needs dlls, etc. to work properly. You have to install the program, but the other files can be on a CD or DVD. I don't recommend running with the screenshots on a CD though.
