Well, I have the files, lot's of extra material (well enuff), all I need now are the brains to make it all work...

I've added 5,000 atr's so far but there are loads of dupes so that will drop to just working versions BUT there will be exe's, com's, carts and cas files in there too.

So far its working via Atari800win Plus which is the best emu at the moment...

Lots of snaps and titles to do so don't expect much soon but it has begun

Never played any 8-bit Atari games (past the VCS2600 that is), at least if there is a gamebase database for it I can try the games without having to mess about too much setting the emulator up and learning how to load stuff. Be nice to compare the Atari versions against the C64 versions....I'll just have to keep away from the Atari version of Mercenary as it's would be possible to commit an act of sacrilege

the atari 8-bit was great, one of my all-time fave games is on it, crystal raider by mastertronic afiak it wasn't released on any other platform.

Maybe we'll have a GB-compatible version of our Atari 8-bit database in the future.
