GB64 Recommended Games...

Slapshot II - International Hockey
Neo-Rio says: Best played with your friends! All the thrills and spills of ice hockey, complete with penalty shootouts, and real in-game speech! What makes this game lots of fun though, is the ability to trip players and start hockey fights while the crowd goes wild! "Penalty! Tripping!"

Alloyrun
AleTsg says: You must see the intro of this game, it has a great music perfomed with a drum. Great!

Bruce Lee
Pugsy says: Simply one of the best platform games ever devised. The difficulty has been set just right so even after you've finished it you still come back for more.

Trolls and Tribulations
Matt Larsen says: Not many people ever talk about this gem. Fantastic music ballads. It had me hooked as a kid. To this day I don't think I have ever found a trained version.

Last Battle
Neo-Rio says: This game is actually the Nintendo "Hokuto-no-ken" game for the C64. Hokuto-no-ken is, of course, the Japanese animation where martial artists punch way too much and kick people's heads off. Fun game though.

Subsonic
Neo-Rio says: This brilliant little game came on a Zzap64 covermounted cassette. The game is pretty and fairly playable, but most amazing is the mind blowing music score.

Sorcerer
Steve says: well, this is it. How fast do you want to die? A really challenging adventure with a great parser (as usual in infocom adventures). Don't be mislead by missing grafics, this game will haunt you and won't let you get away from the game easily. f you like this one, be sure to check out the releated Wishbringer, Enchanter and Spellbreaker adventure games!

Cosmic Causeway - Trailblazer II
Steve says: Hi-speed fun game, even better as part one. Rocks!

Slinky
Neo-Rio says: This is Q-bert revisited, so why do I remember it? Aside from the game being a bit "out-there", the slinky death scene gave me a huge laugh the first time I saw it.
