GB64 Recommended Games...

Bubble Bobble
Jimbo says: Probably the best 2-player platformer in existence, and a great arcade conversion! "I'm forever bloooowing bubbleeeees"...

Wizball
Mayhem says: Once you get over the initial control foibles (which sadly put quite a few people off), there's a whole new world out there just waiting to be coloured up. Cunning, ruthless and fun, if a bit easy. Gameplay ideas were second to none however.

Encounter
Neo-Rio says: This fast moving classic FPS shooter is like a game of laser tag. Blast the fast moving ship before it blasts you!

Ghostbusters
graveyardjohn says: One you'll keep coming back to, even though you've seen 90% of the game after about 7 minutes play. There is no Dana, only Zuul...

Speed King
Neo-Rio says: Classic rear-view cycling game. Going too fast and smashing the bike looked really funny from memory. Getting to the head of the pack of racers takes a lot of skill.

Nebulus
Pugsy says: A novel platforming game, great fun.

Rocket Ranger
Neo-Rio says: Cinemaware, true to their name, produced this game experience on par with a 50s matinee movie. The graphics and sound create a tense and exciting atmosphere, not too unlike Cinemaware's other games.

Total Eclipse
Neo-Rio says: Ok, so it's not Tomb Raider and the 3D graphics are slow, but it's forgivable here as Total Eclipse is a very well designed adventure game. Beware of the booby traps in the pyramid!

F-15 Strike Eagle
Neo-Rio says: Before games genius Sid Meier made "Civilisation", he made this game. It's an arcade style fighter jet simulation, which is lots and lots of fun.
