GB64 Recommended Games...

Shamus
Neo-Rio says: Classic. Running around in a maze has never been this much fun, or ever will be!

Chuckie Egg
Jimbo says: Fantastic little platformer. It's fast, frantic, fun and irritatingly addictive! Play it at work while your boss isn't watching!

Bounces
Steve says: Well, this is real fun. Simple idea, but it ain't easy to stop once you've started, even more when battling against a real person.

R1-D1
Neo-Rio says: I remember this game more for the nostalgia and the music. Get R1-D1 to the exit, but you'll have to collect all the keys in the correct order.

Tau Ceti
J2003C says: Although not a great flight sim, it has enough unique features, like night vision, to make you keep trying to get to all the terminals and complete your mission, which I still have never been able to do without getting blown up (damn laser towers)!

Summer Games
Matt Larsen says: My favorite C64 sports game ever. My friends and I were so competitive, that the losers would have to go outside and run 3 laps around the house barefoot in the dead of winter (in snow)!

Red Moon
Neo-Rio says: Red Moon is not your typical adventure game. It's part RPG as well, and it's also massively huge and detailed. It was hailed for its greatness back in the day.

Creatures
Neo-Rio says: Cute till you puke. Play as Clyde the fuzzy wuzzy, and breathe fire on all the nasty monsters in this spiffy platform game. A real C64 gem.

Platoon
Jimbo says: A really great game, surprisingly from Ocean! :) I remember playing the tunnel system level for hours on end... and the John Dunn soundtrack rocks!
