Thanks, dax and hardmanm of course.

No 300mb problems with sendspace here....I queued the whole thing up in jdownloader and got 1.6 mb/s. So had the full thing in under an hour.....very nice.

EDIT: I think sendspace must be load specific, it was fine this morning for PC-98 but is making me wait for the oric links in another thread.



One game missing, might not even be a problem....

Hi ,

I'm getting several CRC error when unpacking>> Part 1 >> Dax... :cry:

9 games have failed CRC(damages)

I have downloaded Part1 two times 2 be sure but still the same.....
Unpacking i did with 7zip, i could try another proggie,,,,

I have tried it with Winrar.

still 9 errors.

Part 5,Part 13 and Part 20 have CRC errors...

I will download them again i guess :x

Sometimes I end up with corrupted downloads from file sharing sites, and when no amount of redownloading fixes the problem, I always end up flushing the browser cache to be able to get the file. I usually clear everything but cookies & Active Logins unless I really have problems.

are you getting the correct file sizes?
(all files are the same size apart from the last one).

sometimes the connection gets dropped and you end up with an incomplete/ broken file.
you must delete that part file from you HD before re-downloading the file to the same location, or will add "(1)" to the filename.

you will need to rename the file, for it to unpack correctly.

using jdownloader will show the download percentage of each file,
and confirm a compete download.

WinRAR unpacked it ok for me.

sjakie43: In most situations I upload CRC file to verify errors. It has .SFV extension. It's good to verify checksums of files. I'm sure my uploads have no errors, but this SFV is to help fo those, which download, to diagnose which part wad downloaded improperly. Also use JDownloader in future to download, instead of browser. It will help You and saves Your time.

edit: mad suggested the same ;). Why ? Because browser is less stable in downloading. I remember old times, when we had ONLY Flashget as download manager. For now JDownloader is the best, because it downloads from many hosters on free (non-Premium) accounts.
