Going through my loft the other night and stumbled upon my old commodore 64 and remembered one of my favourite games "the double" as its the original but not in its correct case, when the load finishes it asks me for a index entry code column x row y ? could any one help i think this was on the cassette sleeve insert that i can't find ....gutted

they're really small print and i'm having trouble scanning them.
