New Version of GameBase Frontend

For
those not aware of it, on 16 Dec 02 James Burrows'
redesigned version of the GameBase site came online,
along with a new version of his GameBase frontend
(for the ...uninitiated, this is the frontend that will
be used for the gamebase64 collection). The new version
introduces a Gemus Setup Wizard, various other enhancements
and some bug fixes -- for more details head over there...
